Effect: The user attempts to launch themselves from one medium to another, usually water to air or ground to air. The user makes an appropriate Skill Check at Demanding (for the situation and their physique, usually Swim if the user is immersed in a liquid when used, Climb if they are immersed in soil, sand, etc., Flying or its equivalents if immersed in a gas, etc.), and gains additional Movement appropriate for the new medium.
On a success, the user gains +1m per 3 DoS to an appropriate Movement Score for the rest of the round (default 0 at 1 DoS). The user may elect to spend up to 10 PP to increase the result by +10 times by the number of PP spent.
Restriction: The user may only use one of Jump, Leap, or Breach, this usage refreshing at the start of their Activations.
