Effect: The user attempts to propel themselves horizontally from a surface through the air. The user makes an appropriate Skill Check at Challenging (for most creatures and situations, this will be Running), and moves a number of meters equal to their Jump Height (minimum 2) through the air in a straight line.
The amount of Movement gained is increased or decreased by 1 + X / 3 m per 2 DoS or DoF. The user may elect to spend up to 10 PP to increase the result by +10 times by the number of PP spent.
Restrictions: The user may only use one of Jump, Leap, or Breach, this usage refreshing at the start of their Activations. The Movement granted by this Action must result in at least 80% horizontal Movement.
