The user gains a +5 increase to a Science Group Skill a total of 6 times, with the user being allowed to select the same Skill(s) any number of times when selecting this Perk. A Skill cannot be selected with this Perk if it has been increased by 60 or more with @Trait[skill-boost] Perks.
