When the user is Attacked while they have Light Cover or Heavy Cover, they have a 10% and 25% chance respectively to gain +1 SPD and EVA Stage for 3 Activations.
When the user leaves Cover via Movement, they retain the Cover they had so long as they end their Movement behind equal or better Cover.
