Restriction: The user may not use @UUID[Compendium.ptr2e.core-perks.NjAYGkmZsg9QxiQY]{Tubthumping} or @UUID[Compendium.ptr2e.core-perks.3RMFsZTuMdDhCyZg]{Keep Fighting!} in conjunction with this Perk.
