Effect: When the user declares the use of a vehicle’s Ram Attack against another vehicle, they may spend 4 PP at 30% Delay to cause the attack to lose 20 Accuracy, -40% Power, and on hit inflict Delay 50%, @Affliction[slowed 5], @Affliction[stuck 5], @Affliction[stunted 5], and @UUID[Compendium.ptr2e.core-effects.5MQzVTuubNTERPjS]{-2 Evasion Stages for 5 activations}. The user may only apply this Perk with vehicles that share the same category of Pilot Skill that the user has that meets the prerequisites for this Perk.
