When using @UUID[Compendium.ptr2e.core-perks.Hya0QN5ldLWP9NVm]{Whispering Wound}, this bonus increases to +40, and the user may also freely use @UUID[Compendium.ptr2e.core-perks.1iAaHzCp7bW9108k]{Thug} , if they have it.
Passive: The user's @Trait[ninja] Attacks gain @Trait[grapple].
