As an Exploration or Downtime Action, the user can choose to expel an absorbed Reshiram or Zekrom from its body, changing to its normal Forme. This can also be accomplished the use of an external mechanical (such as the DNA Splicers Item) or magical method applied to the user as part of an Exploration or Downtime Action.
